We apply the same Process on every LTL shipment.  This is the key element and why our delivery accuracy is so high. 

Do you want to ship with us? Here’s what we need from you!

1.   Shipping address, phone number and contacts

2.   Delivery address, phone number and contacts

3.   Description of product to be shipped

4.   Purchase Order Number (PO), Pickup Number?

5.   Type of packaging?  Pallet(s), loose carton(s)

6.   Actual weight of each pallet(s) and or loose carton(s)

7.   Dimensions of each pallet(s) and or loose carton(s)

8.   Shipping hours

9.   Requested delivery date

10. Delivery information:  Receiving hours, Lift-gate Required, Contacts, Phone numbers

Don’t have all this information?  Don’t have time to get it?  No problem, We’ll do it for you.  We’ve only done this a thousand times. 
We’ll even complete the Bill of Lading (BOL) for you!  We want to make this easy yet maintain a high degree of delivery accuracy.  

Inside Delivery: 
Driver hand dollies or uses a pallet jack to bring your freight inside a building, storage unit or even to a residence.

Liftgate: 
We can pick up or deliver a pallet/shipment if there is no shipping dock to load from or delivery to!

Residential Delivery: 
If your customer needs a deliver to their home.

White Glove:  
Delivery inside your home or office.  Our drivers will bring the freight inside, unpack the shipment, assemble (if required) and remove all packing supplies. 

Exact Time - Appointment: 
Your customer wants their shipment at 10:00 AM.  No problem.  It will be there!

4-Hour Window: 
Let’s say your customer needs the shipment between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.  This service is more economical than Exact Time especially if your customer has flexible receiving hours.
